The Black Friday Summit 2026
Last updated: July 28, 2026Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering for The Black Friday Summit, purchasing the All-Access Pass, or using this website. By registering, purchasing, or otherwise using this site, you ("You") agree to be bound by these Terms and by our
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register and do not use this site.
1. Who We Are
The Black Friday Summit (the "Summit") is a joint production of
Dolly DeLong, Mara Kucirek, and Rebekah Read (collectively, the "Hosts" or "We," "Us," and "Our").
This website, the Summit registration process, and the sale and delivery of the All-Access Pass are operated by
Rise and Launch LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company"). Rise and Launch LLC is the merchant of record for all paid products associated with the Summit, and all payments, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Rise and Launch LLC.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to
hi@marakucirek.com.
2. Age Requirement
You must be the legal age of majority in your place of residence and able to form a legally binding contract in order to register for the Summit, purchase the All-Access Pass, or use this website. By registering or purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. What the Summit Is
The Black Friday Summit is a free, three-day virtual event scheduled for
August 25 to 27, 2026, featuring 20+ speakers presenting educational sessions on Black Friday and holiday sales strategy.
Free registration includes access to each day's sessions during a limited viewing window (currently 24 hours per session day, subject to change), plus Summit emails and related communications.
The All-Access Pass is a separate, optional paid product that includes extended or ongoing access to Summit session recordings and any bonuses described on the sales page at the time of purchase. The All-Access Pass is governed by Section 7 below.
Nothing on this site obligates you to purchase anything. The Summit itself is genuinely free to attend.
4. Registration, Email Lists, and How Your Information Is Shared
This section matters. Please read it in full.
Registration for the Summit is free. In exchange, your registration information is shared with our title sponsor and our Hosts as described below.
Providing your name and email address and consenting to this sharing is the condition of free registration. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not register.
4.1 What we collect at registration
Your first name, your email address, and standard technical information (IP address, browser, and the date and time you gave consent). We may also collect optional information you choose to provide, such as your business type or list size.
4.2 Who receives your information
By registering, you consent to your name and email address being shared with, and added to the separate email lists of, the following parties
after the Summit has concluded:
Each of these parties operates an independent business and may send you marketing emails, including promotions for their own paid products and services.
4.3 Speakers do not receive your information automatically
Participating Summit speakers do
not receive your email address simply because you registered for the Summit.
A speaker only receives your information if you separately and voluntarily opt in to something that speaker offers, such as a free guide, workbook, template, or other lead magnet linked from their session or the Summit resource page. Each of those opt-ins is a separate decision on your part, and each will add you to that speaker's own email list under that speaker's own privacy policy.
4.4 Additional sponsors and partners
If additional sponsors or partners are added, they will be clearly disclosed on the registration page before you opt in. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any party not disclosed to you at the point of registration.
4.5 Unsubscribing
Every list described above is a
separate list operated by a
separate business. Unsubscribing from one does not unsubscribe you from the others.
To stop receiving email from any party, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of that party's email or contact that party directly. You may unsubscribe from any or all of these lists at any time, and you will not lose your Summit access or All-Access Pass access for doing so. You will, however, stop receiving Summit reminders and session links, which are delivered by email.
4.6 Once your information is shared, each party is responsible for it
After your information is shared as described above, each recipient is an independent data controller responsible for their own use of your data, their own privacy policy, and their own compliance with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any other law that applies to them.
We are not responsible for how a sponsor, Host, or speaker uses your information after it has been shared in accordance with these Terms. Requests to access, correct, or delete your data must be made to each party directly.
4.7 Your consent
By checking the consent box and submitting the registration form, you give express, informed consent to the sharing described in this Section 4. This consent is required in order to register at no cost.
You may withdraw consent for future emails at any time by unsubscribing. Withdrawal of consent does not retroactively reverse a transfer of data that has already occurred.
If you are located in the EU, UK, Canada, or another jurisdiction with specific consent requirements, the consent you provide at registration is the legal basis for this processing and sharing, and the disclosures in this Section 4 are provided to satisfy those requirements.
5. Summit Access, Schedule Changes, and Technical Issues
We reserve the right to change the Summit schedule, speaker lineup, session topics, session order, access windows, and delivery platform at any time and without notice. Speakers may cancel or be replaced. A change to the lineup or schedule is not grounds for a refund of any paid product.
We use third-party platforms for email delivery, video hosting, chat, and payment processing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we are not liable for interruptions caused by your internet connection, your email provider's filtering or deliverability decisions, platform outages, or other technical failures outside our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to whitelist our sending address, check your spam and promotions folders, and register with an email address you actively monitor. Failure to receive Summit emails is not grounds for a refund of any paid product.
6. Live Chat and Community Conduct
Where live chat, comments, or a community space is offered, you agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, spam, or that promotes your own or another business without our permission. We may remove content and remove or ban participants at our sole discretion, without notice and without refund.
Anything you post in a Summit chat, comment area, or community space is not confidential. We may republish it in whole or in part in the course of our business, including as a testimonial, without payment or credit.
7. The All-Access Pass and Other Paid Products
7.1 License
When you purchase the All-Access Pass or any other digital product, you are granted one revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Summit content, and you may not share your login credentials.
If you violate this license by giving away or selling access, we reserve the right to revoke your access permanently and to invoice you for the full value of each license you distributed, in addition to any other remedy available to us.
7.2 All sales are final
Digital products, including the All-Access Pass, are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange. Because content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to use the content, dissatisfaction with a particular speaker or session, or changes to the lineup.
By purchasing, you expressly waive any right to a refund and agree not to initiate a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback in bad faith may result in immediate and permanent termination of access and referral of the balance for collection.
If you experience a genuine technical delivery problem, email
hi@marakucirek.com and we will work in good faith to restore your access.
7.3 Private podcast feed
The All-Access Pass includes a private podcast feed containing Summit session audio.
Access to the private podcast feed expires on Friday, December 4, 2026. After that date the feed will be deactivated, no new episodes will be delivered, and previously delivered episodes may no longer be downloadable or playable through the feed.
The expiration date is a fixed calendar date and is not extended based on when you purchase. Purchasing later in the Summit period does not extend your podcast access window.
Any other access included with your All-Access Pass, such as the video library, is governed by Section 7.4 and is not affected by the expiration of the podcast feed. If you want to keep the audio beyond December 4, 2026, download the episodes to your device before that date. We are not responsible for episodes you did not download prior to expiration, and expiration of the podcast feed is not grounds for a refund.
7.4 "Lifetime" access
Where we describe access as lifetime or ongoing, this means for the operational lifetime of the product and the platform hosting it. It is not a guarantee of any specific number of years. If we discontinue the product, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice and an opportunity to download available materials. This clause does not apply to the private podcast feed, which expires on the fixed date stated in Section 7.3.
7.5 Pricing and offers
Prices, discounts, bonuses, and offers may be changed, extended, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Sales and discounts will not be applied retroactively to completed purchases. Waitlist and early-bird pricing is available only during the stated window, and we are not obligated to honor an expired offer.
7.6 Payment
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors on behalf of Rise and Launch LLC. We do not store your full payment card details. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges associated with your purchase. If you purchase using a payment plan where one is offered, you authorize charges on the stated schedule, and failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Speaker, Sponsor, and Third-Party Offers
Speakers, sponsors, and partners participate in the Summit as independent parties. Their sessions, opinions, methods, claims, offers, bonuses, discount codes, and products are their own.
We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any third-party statement, statistic, result, product, or service presented during the Summit or in Summit communications, including those of our title sponsor. Any purchase you make from a speaker, sponsor, or partner is a transaction between you and that party, governed by that party's own terms and refund policy. We are not a party to it and accept no liability for it.
Bonuses or gifts offered by third parties are delivered by those third parties and may be withdrawn, changed, or expire at their discretion.
8.1 If you choose to engage with a speaker, sponsor, or partner
You are under no obligation to opt in to any third-party offer, join any third-party email list, or purchase anything from any speaker, sponsor, or partner. If you choose to do so, you do so entirely at your own discretion and at your own risk.
Once you opt in to a third party's list, download a third party's freebie, book a call with a third party, or buy a third party's product or service,
that relationship is solely between you and that third party. We are not a party to it, we do not supervise or control it, and we accept no responsibility or liability for it, including for:
- the emails, frequency of emails, or marketing practices of that party
- how that party stores, uses, shares, or secures your personal information
- the quality, accuracy, availability, or results of that party's products, services, coaching, or advice
- any pricing, billing, refund, cancellation, or chargeback dispute with that party
- any guarantee, promise, or claim that party makes to you
- any loss, damage, or expense you incur as a result of working with that party
Complaints, refund requests, unsubscribe requests, and data deletion requests relating to a speaker, sponsor, or partner must be directed to that party. We will not mediate disputes between you and a third party, and we have no authority to issue refunds on their behalf.
Speaker participation in the Summit is not an endorsement by us of that speaker's business practices, products, pricing, or advice. Inclusion in the Summit lineup means only that the speaker agreed to present a session.
9. Affiliate and Referral Program
Disclosure. This website, our emails, and Summit sessions may contain affiliate links or codes for which we, the Hosts, our sponsor, or speakers may receive compensation, at no additional cost to you. Speakers and affiliates may earn a commission on sales of the All-Access Pass. We disclaim all liability arising from your purchase through any affiliate link or code, and you accept responsibility for the consequences of using them.
Participation. If you apply to and participate in the Summit affiliate program, your participation is additionally governed by the affiliate agreement you accept at signup. In the event of a conflict, the affiliate agreement controls as to affiliate matters.
Commission terms. Commissions are earned on qualifying, completed, non-refunded sales attributed to your affiliate link within the tracking window stated in the affiliate agreement. Commissions are paid on the schedule stated in that agreement. Commissions are not payable on your own purchases, on refunded or charged-back orders, or on orders where affiliate attribution cannot be verified.
Prohibited conduct. We may withhold commissions and terminate any affiliate, at our sole discretion and without notice, for: spam or unsolicited bulk email; misrepresenting the Summit, its speakers, or the results a buyer can expect; making income guarantees; bidding on or advertising against our brand terms or domain names in paid search; using cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or coupon or deal-site tactics we have not approved; self-referral; or any conduct that we determine harms the Summit or its reputation.
10. Earnings and Results Disclaimer
The Black Friday Summit is educational.
We make no guarantee, promise, or representation regarding income, revenue, sales, list growth, or any other business result.Any figures, case studies, screenshots, or examples shared by us, the Hosts, our sponsor, or speakers represent individual experiences and are not typical, average, or promised outcomes. Your results depend entirely on your own market, offer, audience, effort, timing, and execution, along with factors outside anyone's control.
Nothing at the Summit constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, or medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you learn here.
11. Testimonials, Reviews, and Use of Your Feedback
11.1 Testimonials we display
Testimonials, reviews, results, and success stories displayed on this website or in Summit marketing are real statements from real participants, submitted voluntarily and unpaid unless a material connection is disclosed alongside the testimonial.
Each testimonial reflects the experience of that individual only.
Testimonials are not a promise, guarantee, or representation that you will achieve the same or similar results. The people featured may have had advantages you do not, including a larger audience, prior experience, existing offers, additional budget, or better timing. Results shown are not average or typical, and we do not track or publish average participant results. Testimonials may be lightly edited for length, clarity, spelling, or grammar, never in a way that changes their meaning.
11.2 Permission to use your feedback
If you send us feedback, a review, a testimonial, a screenshot, a direct message, a tagged social media post, an email reply, or a comment in a Summit chat or community space, you grant us and the Hosts a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, publish, adapt, and display that content, along with your first name, last initial, business name, social handle, website, and profile photo, in marketing for the Summit and our related products, across any medium now known or later developed.
You are not entitled to compensation, notice, credit, or approval for this use. We are not obligated to use it. If you do not want your feedback used this way, tell us in writing at
hi@marakucirek.com and we will not use it going forward.
11.3 Withdrawing a testimonial
You may withdraw permission at any time by emailing
hi@marakucirek.com. We will remove the testimonial from materials we actively control within a reasonable time. We cannot recall materials already distributed, such as emails already sent, printed materials, third-party reposts, cached pages, or archived content.
11.4 Accuracy of what you submit
If you submit a testimonial containing results, figures, or claims, you represent that they are true, accurate, and your own genuine experience, and that you are permitted to share them. You agree not to submit false or misleading statements, and you agree not to submit anyone else's results or content as your own.
12. Intellectual Property
All text, video, audio, slides, workbooks, graphics, designs, logos, and other materials associated with the Summit and this website are the property of the Hosts, the Company, or the respective speaker, and are protected under United States copyright law (17 U.S.C.) and applicable international law.

The Black Friday Summit are owned by the Hosts.
You may not record, screen-capture, transcribe, download (except where a download is expressly provided to you), repost, or redistribute any Summit session or material. You may not use Summit content to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine learning or artificial intelligence system. You may not reproduce our branding or hold yourself out as affiliated with or an official partner of the Summit without our prior written permission.
We may pursue any remedy available to us for infringement, including damages and injunctive relief.
13. Your Communications
Communications you send to us through this site, our forms, comments, email, or social media are not confidential or privileged. We may use, display, and republish them in the course of our business without credit or payment. See our Privacy Policy for how communications and data are stored and used.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Summit, the All-Access Pass, this website, or our communications at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice and without refund, if we believe you have violated these Terms. We may also block your IP address from further access.
15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
This website and the Summit are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, the Hosts, and their respective officers, members, employees, contractors, sponsors, and speakers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Summit, this website, or these Terms, regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Summit or this website will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty United States dollars (US $50.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and the Hosts from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of this site, your participation in the Summit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of this site, the Summit, or any purchased product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
17. Governing Law, Venue, Mediation, and Arbitration
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Before initiating arbitration, you and the Company agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms through mediation conducted in the State of Florida, with a mutually agreed mediator or, failing agreement, a mediator appointed by the parties.
If the matter is not resolved through mediation within thirty (30) days of the initial mediation request, or a longer period agreed by the parties, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the procedural rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Florida. Both parties agree to be bound by the arbitrator's decision. Arbitrator costs will be shared equally, and each party is responsible for its own costs and attorneys' fees.
Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be resolved exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Florida.
Class action waiver. You and the Company agree that any dispute will be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
18. General Provisions
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms you accept at purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Summit and this website.
Severability. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
Headings. Headings are for convenience only and are not part of the legal terms.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of the business.
